just how important regular physical activity is to your health.
Regular physical activity may help you reach and maintain a healthy weight. Being physically active may also make you more energetic, improve your mood, and reduce the risk of developing some chronic diseases.
There are a lot of ways to get the physical activity you need! If you’re thinking, “How can I meet the Guidelines each week?” don’t worry. You’ll be surprised by the variety of activities you have to choose from.
