3-4 large Tomatoes
1/2 cup Onion (or to taste)
Cilantro to taste (about 1-2 tbsp)
2-3 tsp of Lime Juice
1 medium Jalapeño Pepper (seeded)
1 medium can Black Olives
Cut up tomatoes, onion, black olives, and cilantro. Mix in a medium size bowl. Seed the jalapeño, cut, and add to bowl. Leave seeds in if you desire more heat. Add lime juice and mix. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
